My Favorite Songs By Avicii

Being into Swedish music & not following Avicii is impossible. I always wonder how a self-made musician turned into World's #3 DJ. His transition from Sunshine to Wake Me Up is very impressive & I can't help but admire him more & more. This post includes his songs that I like the most.

1. Hey Brother - Song dedicated to US soldiers who lost their lives in Vietnam war. Song dedicated to all the martyrs. Song dedicated to every soldier. A beautiful music video. That's Hey Brother. Chorus is addictive. Quite catchy.

2. Lay Me Down - Very very catchy chorus, great piece of melody & amazing beats. Inspiring lyrics as well. Imagine this kind of pulsating music, thousands of people dancing to it & Avicii performing the song live. That's what we have in the official video below.

3. Levels - Typical Avicii stuff. Outstanding arrangements & production.

4. Sunshine - Written & Produced along-with David Guetta, this one is amazingly catchy & instantly likeable. Arrangement & production are amazing.

5. I Could Be The One - Written & produced along-with Nicky Romero, this one is again quite catchy. Production is floor-filling & induces very positive vibes with the vocals. Highly addictive. Video is disappointing this time.

6. Wake Me Up - Not quite catchy as others above, but melody is good & vocals are fresh. This one sounds like a softer version of House & EDM (Electronic Dance Music). Video is beautiful.

7. Seek Bromance - Massive production, more massive chorus! And those hooks!! MASSIVE! Alongwith dreamy vocals. A perfect example of EDM. Wish it had a perfect video to accompany, but alas! Video is quite explicit & I don't want to include that here.

Songs To Tell Your Love She Is Beautiful - My Favorites

Your girl is beautiful. You like her everything. Her eyes, face, smile, the way she speaks, the way she walks & what not? Today, I present a list of a few songs (both Hindi & English) that just beautifully describe HER beauty. It of course, is in my opinion & may not necessarily excite you. Like I always say, give songs their time to grow on you. Don't write it off straight away.  I am not including James Blunt's You're Beautiful as I have not heard that song properly. Also, Chaudahvin Ka Chaand doesn't feature here since am not very much into old songs. So, below is the list of my favourite songs that I hear to praise her beauty, in no particular order. 1. Main Agar Kahoon (Om Shanti Om) - Sonu Nigam & Shreya Ghoshal. Main agar kahoon tumsa haseen, kaaynaat mein nahin hai kahin, taareef ye bhi to sach mein kuchh bhi nahin. No need to explain anything. She indeed is beautiful & this song seconds that. 2. Ek Ladki To Dekh...

Dangerous Ishq - My Music Review

Reviewing Dangerous Ishq Music. Music : - Himesh Reshammiya  Lyrics : - Sameer Anjaan & Shabbir Ahmed. Dangerous Ishq has 5 originals, 4 Remixes & 2 Reprise version. It is one of those rare music albums that is based on Indian melody barring Umeed which is fast, peppy foot-tapping number. You won't find usual stuff in the album (talking about the 5 originals only). Music is simple, melodious, easy on ears & a bit repetitive. Below is the review of Dangerous Ishq. 1. Tu Hi Rab Tu Hi Dua :- Singer(s) - Rahat  Fateh Ali Khan & Tulsi Kumar. Melodious piano tunes open the song. Sounds very much like Nadeem-Shravan's previous work but I am not against it. Song is very soft, beautiful & is very easy on ears. Listen to it once & you will start humming Tu Hi Rab Tu Hi Dua every now & then. Tune is simple yet addictive. Good start to the album. 2. Lagan Lagi More Piya :- Singer(s) - Shreya Ghoshal & Shahab Sabri. Reminds...

A Few Unknown Gems Sung by KK - My Review!

My review on  few songs of KK that haven't been noticed by people. List is still incomplete. Will add once I hear more of his relatively unnoticed songs. Please click the song name to play. A few are available as video & not audio. 1. Barhaan Dil : - KK .  From the movie ' Mr. Singh & Mrs. Mehta '. This one is perhaps the first ever Ghazal sung by KK. Composed by Ustaad Shujaat Husain Khan & Shaarang Dev Pandit (Son of Pandit Jasraj) .  Has got a BLUES feeling associated with it. KK has sung this rather beautifully. A very melodious composition complete with super singing. Orchestration is not so heavy, not so light. I can say, its a kinda fusion of western instruments & Indian music style. Go for it. It will please you all the more.  2. Yeh Tanhaai :- KK .  From the movie ' Mukhbiir' ( originally taken from KK's debut album Pal ), this is one track that really feels smooth as silk. Very subtle and melodious. Has g...
